I’ve worked in freight and logistics for most of my career, from the day-to-day grind of moving shipments to running commercial teams and, more recently, building Logistically.
This is my space to collect thoughts, test ideas, and figure things out in public.
I’m exploring how freight, tech, and teams can work better together, whether that’s through AI tools, no-code workflows, or rethinking how logistics talent is hired and supported.
Some of what I write is hands-on: things we’re actually trying inside Logistically. Some of it’s half-formed – thoughts I’m still working through. But all of it’s grounded in trying to make freight a little more connected, a little more modern, and a lot less frustrating.
If you’re into operations, systems, or just trying to build things that run better, you might find something useful here.
